Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 3+ years of professional experience in a data engineering role.
  • Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries and Python code, paired with a software engineering mindset (writing clean, modular, and maintainable code).
  • Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with distributed processing frameworks (like Spark or Trino), open table formats (Apache Iceberg), and real-time streaming tools (Kafka or Kinesis).
  • Experience setting up data workflows using Airflow and managing automated deployments with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Great communication and a collaborative mindset to seamlessly work across business, analytics, and engineering teams.
